House Of Amigas orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed om Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.

We are unable to cancel or amend any orders once they have been placed.

House Of Amigas items that are in stock and ready to be shipped will be dispatched in alignment with the above

Please ackowledge the time frames attached to Pre-order items - an estimated shipping date will be listed against such items, we endeavour to have such items delivered on time for customer satisfaction

Note - transit times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or increased demand during peak and festive periods.

International shipments may be subject to local taxes and duties, as determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control. Where possible we will list taxes at checkout for international orders inclusive of any handling fees.

Our couriers may use different delivery partners depending on the destination of your parcel.

RETURNS

All House Of Amigas customers have 14 days (from the date goods are confirmed to be received by buyers via our shipping partner) to return goods in alignment with our legally underwritten returns policy, all returns are to be logged via our returns portal - linked HERE. Once logged you have an additional 7 days to ship your return. Failure to adhere to the given timelines will result in the non acceptance of the given return.

Initiating a return

Step 1 - Login into returns portal

Step 2 - Enter order number and requested information

Step 3 - Select your returns method

Step 4 - Send us your return within 7 days

Products are to be in immaculate condition in requesting a return

Returns checklist

  1. Are the items in the same condition they were received in?

  2. Are there are any odours, marks, tears, holes or stains (makeup included) on the item created by me?

  3. Is the returns tamper ribbon still connected to the item(s)

  4. Are all tags still attached?

  5. Do I still have the original packaging?

You will receive an email notification once our team have received and quailty checked your return for refund approval. Please allow 10 working days from the date we receive your item(s) for the approval process. Once approved - your original payment method will be refunded - delivery costs are not included. It may take up to 14 days for transactions to reflect in your account subject to different banking systems.
